Digital Operations Specialist - Aged Care Commission Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Operations Specialist to lead and develop tactical and strategic initiatives to ensure operational effectiveness of the ICT environment. The successful candidate will partner with digital architecture, security, ICT, Enterprise Service Management, business systems and vendors to provide cross-domain consultancy to meet, make and check overall designs for project or BAU related activities impacting ICT services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing insights, advice, and support in the design and implementation of effective architectures for the ICT environment.
  • Guiding ICT programs, projects, and improvements to align with the enterprise architecture standards, Governance, and industry standards.
  • Providing subject matter expertise and guidance on complex infrastructure and related service challenges, developing proposals for recommended solutions to ensure future investment in ICT systems and process support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Essential 8/PSPF in relation to Government regulatory requirements, knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, domain, and Azure Administration, as well as experience in leading work through scrum and related project frameworks.
