The RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our State League and Talent Pathways program as an Administration and Operations Coordinator. This part-time role involves providing critical operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of competitions and events.
Key Responsibilities- Database administration: Develop performance reports and draw insights from data to support coaches.
- Data management: Ensure accurate data entry, updates, cleaning, and storage.
- Operations administration: Assist with office projects, submit accreditation requests, and organise uniform distribution.
- Umpire and staff support: Respond to general enquiries, coordinate community-building events, and develop social media content.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or data support role.
- Strong technical skills with project management software and digital tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and issue management skills.
- Ability to work evenings and adjust hours to attend umpire training.

What We OfferA competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
