Job Description

This role oversees the smooth operation of various HR functions, ensuring a seamless employment lifecycle experience for employees. The incumbent will work closely with a team of HR professionals to manage daily operations, run annual activities, and drive long-term projects aimed at improving work processes and increasing client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, preferably within a professional services environment. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple demands. A proactive approach to work, combined with a solutions-oriented mindset, is essential for success in this role.

  • Talent Acquisition: Conducting all aspects of recruitment, from drafting employment agreements to onboarding new staff.
  • Graduate and Seasonal Clerkship Recruitment: Coordinating the firm's high-volume annual recruitment program, including event planning, committee meetings, and university sponsorship arrangements.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. They should also possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines. Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous human resources experience (at least 3-5 years), ideally gained within a professional services environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources or psychology.

  • Highly developed organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
