We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our leadership team, providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of human resources management.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR business partnering, with experience in coaching and developing leaders, managing employee relations, and implementing strategic plans.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality services and supporting the growth and development of our teams.

The role will provide teamwork within the People team and supports and contributes to professional development programs and training, recruitment best practice, strategic projects, wellness programs and actively promotes cultural change and imbedding of organisational values.

The position is based in Geelong, VIC, and offers a competitive salary packaging option, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Key selection criteria include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/HR Management or related field
  • Demonstrated HR business partnering experience and delivery of high-quality professional and expert people advice and services
  • Warm and supportive interpersonal communication skills and ability to coach and inspire people leadership
  • Excellent understanding of contemporary employee relations, interpretation of Awards, EA's and legislation
  • Preferably a strong HR generalist background with experience supporting implementation of strategic plans
  • Previous experience with a disability services or similar industry desirable
  • Clean Police Check and NDIS Screening required
