Expert Human Resources Professional Required

We are seeking an expert human resources professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for human resources and a desire to make a real impact. You will have the chance to work on a variety of projects, including improving employee engagement, succession planning and corporate projects.

About the Role:
  • As the primary point of contact for human resources related matters, you will provide guidance and support to line and functional leaders on areas such as performance management, compensation and HR systems.
  • You will also be responsible for reviewing and implementing organizational standards and processes, policy review and change management.
  • Maintain knowledge of current and proposed legislation and changes, providing expert advice and coaching to senior management on employee relations matters.
  • Develop and provide employee relations training to all levels of the organization.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources, business or a related field, or proven equivalent industry experience working within a heavy industrial environment.
  • Substantial experience working within a human resources or employee relations setting, ideally with knowledge and exposure to legislative compliance, performance management, compensation & HR systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, interacting and communicating with others to build relationships and rapport with the site team and other internal stakeholders.
