We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources expert to join our team as an HR Business Partner. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving business outcomes through strategic people initiatives.

- Support the development of innovative shift models that meet business needs.">

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.">
- Proven experience in a HR role within a fast-paced and customer-driven environment.">
- Demonstrated ability to positively persuade and influence stakeholders.">
- Ability to provide meaningful, educational counseling to employees.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
