PrixCar Services is a national leader in automotive logistics, committed to excellence and innovation. Our organisation seeks an experienced Human Resources professional to shape our people strategy across a dynamic, multi-site operation.
This pivotal role will involve developing and implementing key HR strategies that align with the company's strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with legislation and organisational objectives.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, support retention initiatives, and maintain strong partnerships.
- Assist with organisational development programs, including succession planning, training coordination, team building, and performance reviews.
- Ensure effective reward and recognition programs are in place, including salary benchmarking and performance appraisal facilitation.
- Manage or support HR training workshops on key topics such as performance management, diversity, and industrial relations.
- Lead or assist in investigations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair process and minimal risk.
- Collaborate with managers and representatives to manage industrial relations matters and support enterprise agreements.
- Monitor HR KPIs, prepare reports for leadership, and identify trends to inform continuous improvement and change initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant awards, EBAs, and employment legislation, including privacy, EEO, and diversity requirements.
