Job Summary:

As a Manager of Human Resource Services, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our HR Management services. You will be responsible for translating organizational priorities into operational plans and coordinating line support to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification in Management, Human Resources, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in similar roles. You should possess excellent communication skills, ability to engage with stakeholders, and a proven track record of leading and developing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Chief People and Organisational Performance Officer in translating strategic direction into operational priorities
  • Coordinate line support for delivery through having the right team in place
  • Manage the Service Delivery function and coordinate prioritisation, planning, and execution of business as usual activities
  • Provide resources to enable HR team members to inform, advise, support, and guide leaders and management on best practice approaches
  • Set goals and performance measures that link organisational priorities to service delivery and outcomes
  • Facilitate data collection and statistics to inform standard and ad-hoc reports, advice, briefings, presentations, and correspondence
