Job Title: Human Resources Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources Advisor. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by providing expert guidance and support on all aspects of human resources.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be able to provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of HR management. This includes recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, training and development, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on recruitment, selection, and hiring practices.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct investigations into workplace issues and complaints, and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including labor codes, discrimination laws, and workers' compensation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
