We are seeking a Claims Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims, providing technical support and coaching junior staff.

Key to your success:

  • Proven experience in claims management with a strong understanding of LICOP and the Insurance Contracts Act.
  • Ability to manage multiple policies, resolve complaints and review disputed claims.
  • Strong coaching skills to develop junior staff.
  • Experience in driving process improvements.
