We are looking for a skilled professional to manage complex claims and provide exceptional client service.
This role involves handling specialist financial lines claims with a focus on client advocacy, providing high-quality technical advice and support, and advocating for clients in relation to insurer indemnity denials.
- Handle claims from initial notification to final settlement, ensuring the client's best interests are always protected.
- Provide technical guidance to clients and brokers on policy coverage and interpretation.
- Manage moderate to complex claims in accordance with company processes and Client Service Agreements.
- At least 3-5 years of insurance claims experience, preferably in financial lines.
- A Law Degree and experience in the legal environment or ANZIIF qualifications will be advantageous but not a prerequisite.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.
