
Mac Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mac OS Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support for Mac devices, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Jamf.
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting desktop, infrastructure, and services across multiple technology streams, including hardware, software, networks, servers, and print services. They will also have experience with whitelisting technologies like AppLocker and AppSense, as well as VB and PowerShell Scripting.
In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. They will also have a working understanding of cloud solutions Microsoft Azure and AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Mac devices and related systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Develop and implement effective technical solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on customer experience
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with cloud solutions Microsoft Azure and AWS
