The role of the Senior Desktop Analyst is to provide senior technical support to customers, focusing on delivering a client-focused service experience in a professional and timely manner.
This position involves resolving complex technical issues, answering customer problems and queries effectively, and updating customers on progress during problem resolution. The successful candidate will contribute to team problem resolution processes, share knowledge, and enhance customer satisfaction through the provision of a quality support service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a desktop analyst or related role with proven troubleshooting skills in a desktop support role. They will possess highly developed customer service skills, developed documentation skills for procedure updates and report creation, and the ability to work within deadlines with minimum supervision.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The role requires knowledge and working experience of security protocols, including Active Directory user/group/administration, Windows 10/11 build and full management via InTune/AutoPilot and SCCM, and Fleet Management (laptops, mobiles, iPads, and desktops). Experience with technologies such as MAM / MDM operational management, Exchange Shell/GUI, OneDrive, InTune/Autopilot, Azure AD and Powershell is also essential. A current Australian Department of Defence baseline security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance is required.
