Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and resourceful Desktop Support Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktop computers, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user skills and build strong relationships with end-users.
- Present regular IT operations reports, maintain accurate documentation, and update processes and procedures as needed.
- Analyze workflows and collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Support IT operations across multiple locations, including meeting room technology checks and event technology assistance.
- Manage hardware ordering, software licensing, and quote approvals effectively.
- Work closely with the People & Culture team to provide comprehensive employee technology support.
- Mentor junior team members and assist the Operations team with IT-related projects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Desktop Support role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong network knowledge and expertise in Windows 10 and 11.
- Experience with Remote Desktop Servers, SharePoint, and Windows Server 2016/2019.
- A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technology solutions.
