About the Role
">
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our global legal team.

">Key Responsibilities
">
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Providing high quality legal advice and guidance on corporate and commercial law, employment law, intellectual property law and regulatory compliance
  • Supporting the global legal team in delivering training and guidance to staff on legal and compliance matters
  • Advising on regulatory compliance including the Corporations Act, Fair Work Act and Privacy Act
  • Overseeing domestic and international insurance including annual renewals and claims management
  • Overseeing and researching foreign tax, visa and other international compliance matters
  • Managing commercial disputes and litigation matters

">Qualifications
">
  • 4+ years of legal experience (in-house or private practice)
  • A current unsupervised practicing certificate in Australia with the authority to supervise legal practice by others
