Overview A North American legal attorney role with a global manufacturing company in Charlotte, NC, to support the legal team in developing and maintaining agreements.
This range is provided by LHH.
Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts.
Work autonomously to review and interpret commercial terms and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with Sales, IT, Logistics, Finance, Management, and the General Counsel in developing and maintaining agreements.
Qualifications 3+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts.
Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods is preferred but not required.
Ability to work mostly autonomously reviewing and interpreting commercial contractual terms and effectively communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
A license or ability to become licensed in North Carolina.
Prior in-house legal experience is preferred but not required.
