Job Title: In-House Counsel Specialist

We are seeking an experienced in-house counsel specialist to support our business operations across the Asia and Pacific region.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with clients, vendors, and business partners.
  • Assist with general transaction work involving intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, compliance, and privacy matters.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures within the Legal department infrastructure.
  • Support corporate governance matters, including drafting board meeting minutes and resolutions for subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide.
  • Provide general legal advice on various employment law matters and immigration.
  • Manage outside counsel on matters as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 8 years of general practice experience as an attorney with a law firm or in-house counsel generalist role.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal partners up and down the corporate chain.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, project management, and business acumen.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and autonomously.

This is a key position that requires strong legal knowledge and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar capacity and be able to hit the ground running.
