Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished In-House Counsel to collaborate with our dedicated legal team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of delivering expert legal advice and solutions in complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic legal guidance on corporate M&A, funds management, and other business-related matters.
  • Manage all litigation effectively and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with external specialists to obtain additional advice when necessary.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to protect the organization's interests.
Requirements
  • Degree qualification (LLB) with a current practicing certificate.
  • At least 2 years of post-qualified experience from a top-tier law firm and/or in-house experience.
  • Experience in corporate, funds, and/or property law is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A strategic thinker with a long-term perspective and ability to work effectively within a dynamic environment.
