Overview

Our client — a high-profile, nationally recognised property developer — is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join their growing in-house team at TalentWeb | B Corp.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad and impactful legal role supporting one of Australia's most dynamic real estate platforms. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across development, construction, finance, sales and asset management to review and advise on a variety of contracts, deeds, and business-critical agreements.

Responsibilities
  • Review and summarise supplier, consultant, and development agreements
  • Draft and maintain standard legal documentation and correspondence
  • Provide legal support on IP protection, corporate governance, and compliance
  • Maintain legal registers and assist with regulatory updates
  • Liaise with external counsel and support internal teams with day-to-day legal matters
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years post-admission experience (in-house or private practice)
  • Exposure to property, development, construction, or REIT law is highly regarded
  • Admitted to practise law in NSW and eligible for a practising certificate
  • Strong contract review and plain-English drafting ability
  • Commercial, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
