About the Role
The Customer Success Business Partner is a key role responsible for driving business growth and customer value realization through strategic customer engagement and advocacy. This position requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop and execute tailored success plans that meet their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their business challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer success initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
- Drive customer adoption and utilization of Teradata solutions to achieve business outcomes.
- Measure and report on customer health and success, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in customer-facing roles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically. You will also possess a keen interest in data and analytics technologies and a passion for driving customer success.
