As a seasoned Customer Success Manager at Teradata, you will play a pivotal role in driving increased adoption of our cutting-edge technologies and customer value realization. This strategic customer-facing position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a keen interest in data and analytic technologies.
About the Role
- Your primary focus will be on developing and executing success plans that drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and retention within assigned accounts.
- You will leverage your exceptional executive relationships to identify upselling and expansion opportunities, drive utilisation and feature adoption of Teradata software and services, and educate customers on how to use our solutions to solve their most demanding business issues.
- A key aspect of this role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of related services and support functions.
Requirements
- Possess 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in pre-sales, consulting, or software sales backgrounds.
- Demonstrate expertise in promoting analytic solutions for large enterprises, either in a pre-sales or customer success capacity.
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is highly desirable.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
