Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic customer success plans to drive adoption and utilization of Teradata software and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level customers to drive business growth and retention.
- Identify and pursue upselling and expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of related services and support functions.
- Develop and deliver customized solutions to meet customers' business challenges using data and analytics at scale.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a pre-sales or customer success capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
