Job Description:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our customer-focused team as a Customer Service Business Partner based in Canberra. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. As part of our Lysaght business, you will contribute to the success of our company by providing top-notch support to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through various channels, including face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails, to understand their requirements and provide timely solutions.
- Quote Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage quotes and inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities that drive revenue growth.
- Product Solutions: Work closely with marketing, warehouse, and sales departments to ensure customer expectations are met, including product specifications, packaging, and delivery timelines.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Provide clear and concise communication to customers, resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
- IT System Familiarity: Quickly adapt to new and custom IT systems, utilizing your technical skills to improve customer experiences.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail when managing customer data and interacting with clients.

Salary: This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Your hard work and dedication will be recognized and rewarded accordingly.
