We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. This role will play a critical part in supporting the design and implementation of effective reward strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a background in an ASX listed environment and will be responsible for providing analytical support, ongoing research, reward modelling, and compensation analysis for remuneration, equity, and benefits programs.

This role will involve:

  • Analyzing and benchmarking remuneration packages, monitoring market trends, and best practices
  • Supporting the design of reward programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards
  • Providing support for the annual remuneration review process and other reward activities
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of remuneration strategies

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in remuneration analysis, with an ASX listed company
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
