Job Title: Total Rewards Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Specialist to play a critical role in implementing, communicating, and monitoring compensation and rewards programs aligned with our Global Total Rewards framework.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver global and local compensation initiatives for all relevant employee groups by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing recommendations.
- Support global rewards processes including Annual Salary Review, budget planning, and salary structure updates; conduct compensation analyses such as equal pay reviews to ensure fairness and equity.
- Ensure local compliance with Total Rewards guidelines and documentation to maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency.
- Recommend updates to compensation-related policies, procedures, and forms to stay current with changing market conditions and regulatory requirements.
- A strong analytical mind with excellent numerical skills, able to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Subject matter expertise on market policies and practices, with the ability to analyze market data and provide insights.
- Proven experience working with applicable strategies and plans related to base compensation, benefits, rewards, variable pay, job roles framework etc.
