About the Role

Our organization seeks a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Reward Specialist. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with our Performance and Reward teams to develop and implement strategic reward solutions.

This is a dynamic role that involves working across various departments, including remuneration and executive compensation. As part of your responsibilities, you will have opportunities to leverage AI tools in day-to-day activities to enhance how we support the business.

The success of this role is critical to developing effective employee reward solutions that align with our organizational objectives, ensuring long-term competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate advice, insights, and recommendations to HR and business stakeholders on performance and remuneration matters
  • Collaborate in designing and implementing performance, reward, and recognition frameworks and strategies
  • Support delivering cyclical reward processes, including Annual Remuneration Review, and business-as-usual activities such as conducting market benchmarking and salary survey activities
  • Prepare and maintain data models to support reward analysis and reporting
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to simplify processes and improve service delivery
  • Develop in-depth knowledge and commercial understanding of performance and reward, identifying emerging trends impacting our reward strategies and frameworks
