Job Title: Senior Manager Remuneration

The Asia Pacific (ASPAC) region's rewards strategy requires a strategic leader to develop and implement localized remuneration and benefits strategies that support performance-based rewards and align with ASPAC business goals.

This role ensures that reward programs enhance employee value proposition (EVP), maintain market competitiveness, and drive business outcomes. The Senior Manager will lead the region's rewards strategy in alignment with Serco's global remuneration framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement localized remuneration and benefits strategies that support performance-based rewards and align with ASPAC business goals.
  • Engage with Serco's global rewards network to ensure alignment and share best practices.
  • Provide expert advice to business leaders, support bid teams, and contribute to gender pay equity initiatives.
  • Oversee the annual remuneration review cycle, executive compensation, and global mobility governance.
  • Promote a culture of recognition and performance through aligned reward systems.
  • Ensure adherence to global frameworks, local regulations, and internal policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering remuneration programs and strategies.
  • Proven ability to work independently in mid to large-sized organisations while partnering with global teams.
  • Adept at juggling competing priorities while maintaining focus on both strategic and administrative aspects of the role.
  • Prior experience working closely with executive leadership, particularly on executive-level remuneration strategies.
  • Experience in job architecture and organisational design is highly regarded.
