Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Total Rewards professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring compensation and rewards programs aligned with the Global Total Rewards framework.

  • Design and execute global and local compensation initiatives for all relevant employee groups, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Support global rewards processes including Annual Salary Review, budget planning, and salary structure updates; conduct compensation analyses such as equal pay reviews.

  • Ensure local compliance with Total Rewards guidelines and documentation, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements.

  • Recommend updates to compensation-related policies, procedures, and forms, fostering a culture of excellence.

  • Govern local compensation data to align with global standards, ensuring system readiness for rewards delivery.

  • Analyze employee data and compensation trends to inform strategic actions, driving business growth.

  • Support HR in consistently applying compensation practices, promoting fairness and equity.

  • Advise HR on exceptions to standard compensation guidelines, providing expert guidance.

  • Conduct Total Rewards training for HR, managers, and employees, enhancing their skills and knowledge.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in stakeholder management.

  • Subject matter expertise on market policies and practices, with a deep understanding of compensation principles.

  • Experience with applicable strategies and plans related to base compensation, benefits, rewards, variable pay, job roles framework etc.

  • Strong planning & Organizing skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to visualize and analyze data.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, Finance or related discipline required or equivalent work experience.
