Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operational Facilities Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of facility management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service contracts, and equipment inventory.
  • Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and implement appropriate corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support special projects, events, and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities management or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
  • Flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Australian Citizenship is required.
