  • Customer Success Champion: Drive long-term success by aligning every engagement with customer outcomes, sustainability goals, and the company's strategic direction.
  • Insight-Driven Account Management: Lead proactive account planning with a 'One Company' mindset, developing compelling value propositions.
  • Market Awareness & Innovation: Stay ahead of hospitality trends and evolving customer expectations, shaping innovative strategies and identifying new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Network Building: Enhance customer engagement by building strong relationships across all levels of the hotel ecosystem.
  • Digital Rollout Leadership: Champion the rollout of the company's new digital hotel offer, ensuring customers are highly satisfied and supported throughout the implementation journey.
