Program Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead and execute strategic partnerships for our Financial Services program. This role will be responsible for managing key partners to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and optimize financial outcomes.

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years' experience in Financial Services and/or Relationship management roles, with strong project management and cross-functional skills.
  • They will be able to manage negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements with partners, while also collaborating with stakeholders to drive business results.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage existing Financial Services Partnerships: Establish, nurture, and grow key partnerships with CBA, Velocity, and AMEX to enhance our offerings and customer base.
  2. Negotiate and Execute Partnership Agreements: Manage negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
  3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between us and external partners, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in Financial Services and/or Relationship management roles
  • Strong project management and cross-functional skills
  • High level of competence with MS suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Demonstrated experience in creating, disseminating, and presenting key business insights and strategy initiatives clearly and concisely to various stakeholders
