Strategic Partnership Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Partnership Lead to spearhead our financial services partnerships. In this role, you will lead and execute the growth strategy for our partnerships program, driving revenue growth and customer engagement through strategic collaborations and commercial innovations.

As a key member of our team, you will manage existing partnerships with leading financial institutions, establish new partnerships, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that drive business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance our offerings and customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in financial services relationship management, project management, and stakeholder engagement. They will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across multiple partners and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing partnerships with CBA, Velocity, and AMEX
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements that drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies
  • Drive revenue growth and customer engagement through strategic collaborations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in financial services and/or relationship management
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Aptitude for process and customer journey design based on data and customer insights
