About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our client-facing team in Queensland. As a State Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and retention by strengthening relationships with employers and members while identifying new business opportunities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing account management team, providing clear direction, coaching and development.
  • Drive growth and retention by strengthening relationships with employers and members while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Represent us at industry events, conferences and partner functions, building strong networks and partnerships.
  • Collaborate strategically with internal teams and the Regional Manager to deliver on state targets and enhance client service programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold our values in everything you do.
