Job Description

Key responsibilities include driving growth and retention through relationship building, representing the organisation at industry events, collaborating strategically with internal teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and upholding organisational values.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and account management within the superannuation industry or financial services sector. You must be able to motivate and manage a high-performing team and possess strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable, and RG 146 compliance is required.
