About the Role:
As Queensland State Manager, you will take full ownership of sales strategy, operations, and team performance. You'll lead a high-performing team, drive growth through new and existing client relationships, and position our brands as the first choice for architects, designers, and builders. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional results while maintaining the prestige, quality, and sustainability our brands are known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Queensland sales strategy and operations to meet growth targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients in architecture, construction, and development.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Identify market opportunities and drive new business.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and operational excellence.
What You'll Bring:
  • A proven track record of winning new business and smashing sales targets (5+ years).
