Leadership Opportunity in Home Assessing

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a State Manager. This is a key role that requires exceptional leadership skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive business performance.

  • As a State Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of assessors, providing them with direction, support, training, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • A strong understanding of the home assessing industry and experience in leading teams is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • To lead and manage a high-performing team of assessors, providing direction, support, training, and coaching as needed.
  • To work closely with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and improve relationships with internal and external customers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in the home assessing industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business performance and improving team productivity.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic program execution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
