State Management Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled State Manager/Construction Manager to lead our QLD team from our Eagle Farm office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the QLD team by driving improvements, identifying resourcing needs and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Support business growth through campaign identification, services development, and distribution channel establishment.
  • Mentor team leaders and site staff to ensure workload completion meeting financial targets and quality standards in line with project-specific obligations.
  • Prioritise tasks to drive financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring contract work is completed professionally and timely while meeting estimated project budgets.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Operations/Divisional Management role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Landscape Construction and Maintenance sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Well-developed people management, mentoring, and leadership abilities.
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work independently.
  • A client-centric approach, continually seeking ways to improve or exceed client expectations.
