Are you a skilled sales professional looking for a new challenge?
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a state sales team and drive revenue growth.
You will be responsible for:
- Motivating and guiding your team members to achieve their targets
- Focusing on key accounts and developing strong relationships with clients
- Implementing sales strategies to drive growth and exceed budgets
The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering or mechanical solutions, as well as a successful history of selling into these markets.
Additional skills that would be advantageous include:
- Experience managing multiple sales channels and product groups
- Clear and concise reporting skills
- Good people management skills
We are seeking someone who can drive a sales team with enthusiasm and technical knowledge to success.
About the Role
This is a senior-level role based at the State Head office in Southern Brisbane. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the state sales team and driving them to hit and exceed budgets.
