The Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

- Client Retention: Ensuring existing customer accounts are retained through proactive communication and relationship management.
- Business Growth: Driving profitable volume growth by effectively managing asset replacement plans and uncovering new business opportunities.
- Relationship Development: Building and maintaining relationships within the existing client base.
- Account Planning: Developing and maintaining quality strategic account plans and pricing templates.
- Sales Activity Management: Assisting in maintaining sales activity metrics to control sales activities.
- Collaboration: Working with colleagues to maximize sales opportunities and penetration.
- Compliance: Complying with service level agreements with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong Relationship Management Skills: Ability to build and maintain trusted customer relationships.
- B2B Sales Success: Proven track record of successful B2B sales, including proposal development and contract negotiation.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to develop and deliver formal sales presentations to customers on company products.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrating economic benefits to stakeholders at a C-Suite level.
- Product Knowledge: Pursuing and applying knowledge of company products during the sales process.
