About the Role

The Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

This individual is responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Retention: Ensuring existing customer accounts are retained through proactive communication and relationship management.
  • Business Growth: Driving profitable volume growth by effectively managing asset replacement plans and uncovering new business opportunities.
  • Relationship Development: Building and maintaining relationships within the existing client base.
  • Account Planning: Developing and maintaining quality strategic account plans and pricing templates.
  • Sales Activity Management: Assisting in maintaining sales activity metrics to control sales activities.
  • Collaboration: Working with colleagues to maximize sales opportunities and penetration.
  • Compliance: Complying with service level agreements with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong Relationship Management Skills: Ability to build and maintain trusted customer relationships.
  • B2B Sales Success: Proven track record of successful B2B sales, including proposal development and contract negotiation.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to develop and deliver formal sales presentations to customers on company products.
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrating economic benefits to stakeholders at a C-Suite level.
  • Product Knowledge: Pursuing and applying knowledge of company products during the sales process.
