CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

We drive growth within existing contracted accounts by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed. Our goal is to maintain high-level communication with customers about their usage trends, sentiment, and opportunities for deeper engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth within existing contracted accounts by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
  • Enable successful roll-out of solutions to customers, including sharing and developing relevant training, on-boarding, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Maintain high-level communication with customers about their usage trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as advocates (testimonials, case studies).
  • Collaborate closely with the wider team to explore and close new opportunities for customers to consume our products.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience within Civil or Environment businesses well regarded.
  • 5+ years in Technical, Pre-Sales, or Account Management roles.
  • Experience working with geotechnical solutions a bonus.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships while driving engagement and renewals.
  • Highly organised, collaborative, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
