Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs and desires, then using product knowledge to find suitable solutions.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across branches and the Digital Experience Centre to provide expert advice and support to customers.
  • Representing the organization as an ambassador, showcasing its values and mission to make a positive impact in the community.
