Job Overview

This Key Account Strategist role is responsible for leading national accounts across the business and developing strong customer relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead national accounts across the business
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with National key decision-makers of major accounts to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Manage customer relationships and maintain constant communication with National Category Buyers.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop and implement category strategies, track financials, and key deliverables.
  • Review current plans and financial metrics, prioritize requirements based on risks and opportunities to meet annual goals.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting and conduct comprehensive account reviews with each account.
  • Communicate account updates and support State Account Managers in executing customer strategies.
  • Maintain cross-functional working relationships across the business to execute strategy and ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Consumer Goods or FMCG at a National Account Manager level.
  • Experience managing national accounts is advantageous; open to other relevant experience also.
  • Strong commercial acumen, utilizing data to make better business decisions.
  • Clear progression opportunities into leadership roles.
