Job Title: Key Account Strategist

This is a unique opportunity to build a strong pipeline based on new business creation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarded Integration Technology Partners, ISV's & Data Consultancies.

">Responsibilities:
  • Create a valid business plan with assigned Partners, execute this throughout the fiscal year to meet its objectives

  • Work in conjunction with the Company's direct sales teams - Enterprise and Mid Market - and where appropriate, attend End User sales appointments with designated Partners

  • Drive partners to build a strong pipeline based on new business creation

  • Maintain strong relationship with partners at all levels and recruit new resell

  • Provide sales/marketing campaign support to resellers

  • Educate and train the assigned channels

">Requirements:
  • 5+ years Partnerships, Channel or Alliances Management experience

  • Proven experience of developing a successful Partner program to include partner recruitment and enablement

  • Experience in working at all levels within a Partner from senior management through to sales and IT for integration purposes

  • A background in working for a Data, Data Security, GRC or Fintech vendor/solutions provider is preferred

  • A growth mindset, results oriented and action driven

  • Ability to work autonomously and within a virtual team environment

  • Willigness to travel - this is a ANZ focused role
