Key Account Strategist

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic leader to take ownership of a high-potential territory in the Sports Medicine field.

This growth-focused role involves leading strategy for your territory, managing existing accounts, and identifying opportunities to expand.

You will spend time in theatre, supporting surgeons with our innovative Sports Medicine portfolio and providing trusted clinical expertise before, during, and after procedures.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a clear territory strategy that drives business growth and expansion
  • Building strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and surgeons
  • Providing clinical support in theatre to ensure safe and effective product use and delivery
  • Educating and training clinical staff on best practice and new technologies
  • Navigating complex conversations and problem-solving in real-time
  • Collaborating with your team and broader organization to share insights and deliver results

We are looking for someone who is proactive, growth-focused, and comfortable working independently while being part of a high-performing, collaborative team.

Suitable candidates should have sales or healthcare experience, but we'll support the right person to learn and grow.
