We are seeking a motivated Health and Safety Consultant to join our growing team at Peninsula.
Job DescriptionThis is an opportunity to make a real impact on the business community across Australia, working directly with business owners to understand their company and determine their unique Health & Safety needs.
You will be responsible for creating tailored documentation, including policies, procedures, handbooks, safe work method statements, and action plans. You will also be visiting clients across Brisbane metro and regional Queensland to support them in creating a safe work environment.
Responsibilities- Developing and implementing effective Health and Safety solutions for clients.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on Workplace Health and Safety matters.
- Conducting site visits and audits to identify areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2-3 years of industry experience in Workplace Health & Safety, preferably with consultancy experience.
- Prior exposure to high-risk industries.
- Relevant health and safety qualifications, such as Cert IV.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to frequently travel across Brisbane metro and regional Queensland.
- A current Australian driver's license and access to your own vehicle.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
