Hospoworld Resourcing is seeking a skilled Workplace Health and Safety Expert to join their team in Brisbane. This role offers a flexible Mon-Fri schedule with weekends off, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

As a Workplace Health and Safety Expert, you will be responsible for conducting audits across interstate sites, creating risk assessment plans, handling incident reporting and resolution, and monitoring WHS policies to ensure compliance with legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting WHS and Food Safety audits
  • Creating and managing risk assessment plans
  • Handling end-to-end incident reporting and resolution
  • Monitoring and updating WHS policies
  • Delivering engaging WHS training and support team development
Requirements:
  • A collaborative, hands-on hospitality professional with health and safety experience
  • Passionate about creating safe, secure, and compliant workplaces
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Strong knowledge of current WHS practices and legislation
  • Open to monthly interstate travel (1–3 days per trip)
  • Full driver's licence and unrestricted Australian working rights
  • Strong IT skills
