The Role

We're seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for managing sales and budgets within their allocated territory. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent customer service, and relationship-building abilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing sales and budgets to achieve targets and drive growth
  • Visiting customers in the territory to ensure they're aware of new products, promotions, and cycle deals
  • Planning and implementing 10-week territory cycle plans
  • Completing regular country trips to meet with customers and stakeholders
  • Building product range and volume to ensure good coverage of all products in stores
  • Improving product positioning and administering orders
  • Training pharmacy staff on new and existing product ranges
  • Coordinating promotions and catalogues

About You

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. You'll have a strong understanding of retail pharmacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
