**Job Title:** Business Growth Specialist We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our Cairns Sales team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. **About the Role:**As a Business Growth Specialist, your primary objective will be to retain and grow revenue from existing customers, as well as identify and secure new business opportunities. You will work closely with our National Sales Manager - Mid Market to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability. **Key Responsibilities:**
  • Meet and exceed all sales KPIs to deliver required revenue and margin growth
  • Effectively execute sales plans to ensure key activities and growth targets are achieved on a daily basis
  • Regularly secure new customers who have not previously engaged with us
  • Upsell additional category extensions to an existing client portfolio
  • Retain customers, build long-term and credible relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Prepare and present business solutions and reviews with clients
  • Activate and engage end users/buyers in the existing customer base

  • Strong business acumen and relationship management/account management skills
  • Demonstrable record of success in B2B solutions and portfolio sales
  • Enthusiastic and always hungry to strive for more
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Can work autonomously
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver high-impact proposals to a diverse audience
