We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our commercial strategy and drive revenue growth.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability across all revenue streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute commercial strategies and maximize revenue performance.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective pricing and rate quotation strategies.
- Work closely with General Managers/Hotel Managers to ensure commercial management strategies align with business goals and objectives.

This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive results through effective communication and collaboration. You will be responsible for leading a team of commercial professionals, developing their skills and knowledge, and driving performance excellence.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in commercial leadership roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in hotel operations, sales, marketing, and e-commerce is highly desirable.
