Key Responsibilities:- Bid on and achieve sales targets in tyre sales department.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, providing tailored product recommendations to meet their requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service, improve efficiency and drive sales revenue growth.
- Monitor and manage tyre inventory levels, conducting regular stocktakes to ensure accurate stock valuations.
- Support occasional workshop tasks like fitting, balancing and aligning tyres as required.
This is a key position within our organisation responsible for driving sales revenue growth in our tyre sales department. As a Tyre Sales Professional, you will be required to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets, foster strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:- Previous experience in tyre sales or a related field is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
- A strong sense of self-motivation, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- A comprehensive knowledge of tyre products, including sizing and applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- A current driver's licence is preferred.
